This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is intended by the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York ("Bank") to amend the Current Report on Form 8-K of October 24, 2005 (the "Initial 8-K") solely to correct an incorrect Web address that was included in the Initial 8-K. The Web address http://www.fhlbnyevents.webex.com contained in the Initial Filing under Item 2.02 was incorrect. The correct Web address is https://fhlbnyevents.webex.com.
