On Wednesday, October 26, 2005, at 10 a.m. EDT, the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York ("Bank") broadcast a seminar through the Internet covering the Bank’s new Capital Plan ("Webinar"). Preliminary, unaudited information on financial results for the third quarter of 2005 was provided during the course of the Webinar in the slides entitled "Statements of Condition – Assets", "Statements of Condition – Liabilities & Capital", "Statements of Operations" and "Returns – 9 Months Ended". Text of these slides is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Webinar will be available for viewing at http://www.fhlbnyevents.webex.com until March 29, 2006.
