ATHENS, GREECE, February 28, 2006. STEATHGAS INC. (NASDAQ:GASS) announced today that Harry Vafias President & Chief Executive Officer, and Andrew Simmons, Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at an analyst and investor meeting which the company will host to discuss the operational results of StealthGas Inc. and the outlook for the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (“LPG”) sector.

The presentation will take place in New York City on Wednesday, March 8, 2006 at 12:00 PM EST at the Metropolitan Club, 1 East 60^th Street (corner of Fifth Avenue), New York, NY 10022, in the Morgan Room on the 3^rd Floor.
