As of April 30, 2020, there was $26.5 million of unrecognized stock-based compensation expense related to unvested RSUs, stock options and stock purchase rights under the Company’s ESPP that will be recognized on a straight-line basis over the remaining weighted-average vesting period of approximately 3 years.
