SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In March 2017, the Company completed a secondary offering, in which certain stockholders of the Company affiliated with Worldview Technology Partners (the “Selling Stockholders”) sold an aggregate of 3,290,483 shares of our common stock at a public offering price of $8.85 per share, including 429,193 shares of common stock sold upon the underwriters’ exercise of the overallotment option. After this offering, Worldview Technology Partners owned less than 1% of the Company’s outstanding voting securities. The Company did not receive any of the proceeds from the offering.
