On January 27, 2009, Shengkai Innovations, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it has retained CCG Investor Relations to design and execute its investor relations campaign. A copy of the related press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
