Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 30, 2023, Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the “FHLB”) Ohio Member Director Kathleen A. Rogers retired from U.S. Bank, N.A. and resigned as a Member Director. The vacancy will be filled in accordance with the rules of the Federal Housing Finance Agency and the FHLB’s Bylaws.
