On November 18, 2009, Robert Ellin tendered a letter of resignation to Zoo Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”), resigning from the Company’s Board of Directors.  A copy of Mr. Ellin’s letter of resignation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
