Other Events.

On October 6, 2016, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of MagnaChip Semiconductor Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Gary Tanner to serve as Chairman of the Board. In addition, the Board appointed Melvin Keating to serve as Chair of the Audit Committee and appointed Camillo Martino to serve as Chair of the Compensation Committee.
