On October 26, 2010, the Company announced it expected to issue its third quarter earnings release on November 3, 2010 after the close of the market.  The Company will conduct a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 3, 2010 to discuss the results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010.  Instructions on how to access the call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1

ATS Corporation Schedules Third Quarter 2010 Financial Results Conference Call on November 3, 2010

MCLEAN, Va., Oct. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ATS Corporation ("ATSC") (NYSE Amex: ATSC) will report earnings results for the third quarter ending September 30, 2010 after the market closes on Wednesday, November 3, 2010.  ATSC management will host a conference call at 5:00 PM ET on November 3, 2010 to discuss the results.
