Item 7.01             Regulation FD Disclosure

On March 18, 2010, ATS Corporation (the “Company”) announced it expected to issue its fourth quarter earnings release on March 24, 2010 after the close of the market.  The Company will conduct a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on March 24, 2010 to discuss the results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2009.  Instructions on how to access the call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1

On March 18, 2010, the Company announced it will hold its annual meeting of stockholders on May 18, 2010 at its headquarters, 7925 Jones Branch Drive, McLean, Virginia 22102 at 10:00 a.m., local time.  Stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2010 are entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting.
