On August 3, 2007, ATS Corporation (the “Company”) announced it expected to issue its second quarter earnings release on August 7, 2007 after the close of market.  The Company will conduct a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on August 7, 2007 to discuss the results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.  Instructions on how to access the call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1

Advanced Technology Systems Schedules Second Quarter 2007 Financial Results Conference Call
