CF Industries Announces Expansion of its Revolving Credit Facility and Filing of Shelf Registration Statement

 

DEERFIELD, Illinois – (Business Wire) – April 22, 2013: CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CF) today announced that the company has increased the size of its revolving credit facility from $500 million to $1.0 billion and extended its term by one year to 2018, and is filing an automatically-effective shelf registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to facilitate the company’s access to the capital markets.  These actions increase the company’s financial flexibility in support of the strategic initiatives announced in 2012.  Additionally, the company provided an update on its share repurchase activity, indicating that for the year to date it has repurchased approximately 3.8 million shares for $750 million, an average per share price of $196.88.
