Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 21, 2019, Community Bankers Trust Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Gail L. Letts to its Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of Essex Bank, the Company’s subsidiary. The Company has not yet determined the committees of the Board of Directors to which she will be named. Ms. Letts will be compensated in the same manner as the other directors of the Company.
