Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 27, 2018, Global Partners LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of its general partner, Global GP LLC, declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.4625 per unit ($1.85 per unit on an annualized basis) on all of its outstanding common units for the period from January 1, 2018 through March 31, 2018. On May 15, 2018, the Partnership will pay such cash distribution to its unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 10, 2018. A copy of the Partnership’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

Global Partners Declares Quarterly Cash Distribution of $0.4625 for the First Quarter of 2018
WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 2018--Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner, Global GP LLC, has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.4625 per unit ($1.85 per unit on an annualized basis) on all of its outstanding common units for the period from January 1 to March 31, 2018. The distribution will be paid May 15, 2018 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 10, 2018.
