On May 30, 2011, HudBay Minerals Inc. filed on the Canadian Securities Administrators’ System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) website at www.sedar.com the following documents: (1) revised Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the three months ended March 31, 2011, (2) CEO Certification of Interim Filings, and (3) CFO Certification of Interim Filings.

This refiled interim financial report of HudBay Minerals Inc. for the period ended March 31, 2011 includes a statement of changes in equity for the three month comparative period ended March 31, 2010. This disclosure was not included in interim financial report for the period ended March 31, 2011 that was filed by HudBay Minerals Inc. on SEDAR on May 16, 2011 and furnished with the SEC on May 17, 2011.
