On November 7, 2013, HudBay Minerals Inc. (“Hudbay”) filed on the Canadian Securities Administrators’ System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) website at www.sedar.com the following documents: (i) a press release announcing that Hudbay has reached an agreement to sell its 51% interest in the Back Forty Project to Aquila Resources Inc. and (ii) an early warning report under National Instrument 62-103 with respect thereto.
