NATURE OF OPERATIONS	NOTE 1- NATURE OF OPERATIONS Nature of Operations Stratos Renewables Corporation (the “Company”) was incorporated in the State of Nevada on September 29, 2004. The Company was a development import/export business in products derived from hydrocarbons and bio-fuels. They ceased doing business and dissolved on May 27, 2014. On June 15, 2021, the Company was revived and is exploring opportunities to identify targets for acquisition. On September 16, 2022, the Board of Directors approved a 5:1 forward stock split. A Preliminary 14C was filed on October 11, 2022, and the forward split was effective on December 15, 2022.

The entire disclosure for the nature of an entity's business, major products or services, principal markets including location, and the relative importance of its operations in each business and the basis for the determination, including but not limited to, assets, revenues, or earnings. For an entity that has not commenced principal operations, disclosures about the risks and uncertainties related to the activities in which the entity is currently engaged and an understanding of what those activities are being directed toward.
