Section 1 – Registrant’s Business and Operations

 

Item 1.02. Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On January 30, 2020, Johnstown America, LLC, a subsidiary of FreightCar America, Inc., notified Norfolk Southern Railway Company, the lessor of its Roanoke, Virginia manufacturing facility, of its intent to terminate the leases for the facility under the terms of the leases, effective as of March 31, 2020. No early termination penalties were incurred in connection with the termination notices.
