The registrant is unable to file its Annual Report (the "Annual Report") on Form 10-KSB for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 by the prescribed date of March 31, 2008 due to a delay with finalizing its results of operations for such period as management was unable to obtain certain information required for the preparation of the audit in a timely manner. The registrant intends to file the Annual Report by April 15, 2008.
