On February 15, 2024, Cooper-Standard Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its results of operations and financial condition for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023, and will host a conference call to discuss those preliminary results on February 16, 2024 at 9 a.m. ET.
