Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
The Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Warner Music Group Corp. (the Company), Brian Roberts, has decided that he will be leaving the Company in order to take on new opportunities. He is currently expected to remain in his role until the end of the Companys fiscal year in order to oversee the completion of key projects and ensure a smooth transition once a replacement is found.
