11. Short term loan

The Company had a short term loan from the Bank Leumi. The loan was secured against the receivables of the Company and was acquired via the acquisition of Kidoz Ltd. (Note

3

). The loan had an interest rate of

6.5%.

During the year ended

December 31, 2019,

the loan was repaid in full.
