Commitments Details Narrative
Period of lease agreement	The Canadian operating lease expires on April 30, 2014. The Anguillan operating lease expired on April 1, 2011 but unless 3 month's notice is given it automatically renews for a future 3 months until notice is given. The United Kingdom lease is leased from Bingo, Inc. This lease is for 30 days and is automatically renewed with a 30 day notice period. Subsequent to the year ended December 31, 2012, the agreement was renewed for a monthly rental of GBP5,000 per month.
