Stockholder's Equity	During the quarter ended March 31, 2012, the Company recorded stock based compensation expense of $nil (March 31, 2011 - $nil) and $nil (March 31, 2011 - $2,830) in consulting fees on options vested. No options were granted or exercised during the period ended March 31, 2012.
