Related Party Transactions	16. Related Party Transactions The Zumiez Foundation is a charitable based nonprofit organization focused on meeting various needs of the under-privileged. Our Chairman of the Board is also the President of the Zumiez Foundation. We committed charitable contributions to the Zumiez Foundation of $0.6 million, $0.7 million and $0.7 million for the fiscal years ended January 30, 2016, January 31, 2015 and February 1, 2014. We have accrued charitable contributions payable to the Zumiez Foundation of $0.5 million and $0.6 million at January 30, 2016 and January 31, 2015.
