ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On March 6, 2024, Omega Flex, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its results for the twelve months and three months ended December 31, 2023. A copy of the earnings release issued by the Company with respect to these matters is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
