On July 22, 2009, Omega Flex, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2009. Kevin R. Hoben, President and CEO, indicated the Company’s 2^nd quarter 2009 Revenues were down $6,254,000 (38.2%) from Revenues in the 2^nd quarter 2008, and Net Income fell $1,292,000 (66.8%) over the same period, however; Net Income for the 2^nd quarter of 2009 improved over 60% compared to the 1^st quarter of 2009. Regarding the six-month results, Revenues were $12,584,000 (38.4%) below Revenues in the same period in 2008 and Net Income in 2009 decreased $2,969,000 (74.2%) over the same period.

Revenue and Net Income for the six-months ended June 30, 2009 reflects continued weakness in the residential and commercial construction industries, which was offset some by emerging products and market penetration of proprietary products.
