Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On May 13, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco ("Bank") adopted Amended and Restated Bylaws for the Bank. The Amended and Restated Bylaws reflect an amendment to add an Article III. Section 8 regarding removal of directors. The effective date of the Amended and Restated Bylaws is May 13, 2024.
