Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 28, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (“Bank”) selected Ana E. Fonseca to fill the seat vacated by former Director Shruti Miyashiro on June 30, 2022, effective July 28, 2022. Ms. Fonseca is President and Chief Executive Officer of Logix Federal Credit Union, Valencia, California. Ms. Fonseca will complete the term of Ms. Miyashiro, which ends December 31, 2023.
The Bank's board has appointed Ms. Fonseca to the following committees:
Member of the Affordable Housing and Community Investment, Audit, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Governance, and Risk Committees.
In accordance with Federal Housing Finance Agency regulations, compensation for service on the Bank's board for this director will be subject to the Bank's annual Director Compensation and Expense Reimbursement Policy.
The Bank issued a press release announcing this change on the Bank's board. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99. l to this report.
