On February 7, 2007, the manager of ICON Leasing Fund Eleven, LLC. (the “Company”) distributed its Portfolio Overview for the third quarter of 2006 (“Portfolio Overview”) to the members of the Company. A copy of the Portfolio Overview is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
