ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

On January 15, 2020, Silvergate Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will release its fourth quarter and full year 2019 results before market open on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 and will host a conference call at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) the same day.
