Construction in progress consisted of the following:

On April 6, 2012, HLJ Huimeijia entered into an agreement with a contractor for construction of the HLJ Huimeijia plant. The estimated total cost of construction was approximately $1.86 million (RMB12,800,000). As of June 30, 2023, 71.36% of construction has been completed, $1,259,608 (RMB9,133,796) has been recorded as costs of construction in progress and construction in progress at an amount of $724,409 (RMB5,252,904) has been completed and converted into property, plant and equipment.
