Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.


On May 30, 2016, Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) hired Prakash J. Parag as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and appointed Mr. Parag as the Company’s principal accounting officer, effective May 30, 2016.

Mr. Parag, age 41, is a Certified Public Accountant and most recently was an Executive Director in the Assurance Practice in Atlanta for Ernst and Young ("EY"), serving both public and private clients in a variety of industries. Mr. Parag spent eighteen years with EY and has considerable experience with real estate accounting, business processes and internal controls.
