Cole Credit Property Trust II, Inc. announces the acquisition of a single-tenant retail property located in Arizona, leased to Mountainside Fitness Centers.

On February 10, 2006, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the operating partnership of Cole Credit Property Trust II, Inc. acquired a single-tenant retail building totaling approximately 31,063 square feet on an approximately 2.92 acre site located in Chandler, Arizona. The building is 100% leased to Mountainside Fitness Centers of Ocotillo, LLC (“Mountainside”) through the initial lease term, which expires on July 18, 2022.

About the Tenant

Mountainside operates a chain of fitness centers in the state of Arizona. Currently there are five locations in the Phoenix metro area.
