DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1 - DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Nature of Business Vystar Corporation (“Vystar”, the “Company”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) is based in Worcester, Massachusetts. The Company uses patented technology to produce a line of innovative air purifiers, which destroy viruses and bacteria through the use of ultraviolet light. Vystar is also the creator and exclusive owner of Vytex^® Natural Rubber Latex (“NRL”) currently being used primarily in toppers and in various bedding products. In addition, Vystar has a majority ownership in Murida Furniture Co., Inc. dba Rotmans Furniture (“Rotmans”), formerly one of the largest independent furniture retailers in the U.S. All activities of Rotmans have been included in discontinued operations.
