Further to the announcement made on July 9, 2013 that Ben van Beurden will
become Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from January 1, 2014,
the following information is disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1), Mr van Beurden has not been a director of
any publicly quoted companies during the previous five years.
There is no information to disclose pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to
Listing Rule 9.6.13 (6) inclusive.
