We consent to the incorporation by reference of our reports in the Amendment to the Registration Statement on Form S-4 of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (formerly known as Inergy Midstream, L.P.), which is expected to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 28, 2013.
