On January 30, 2007, Horizon Lines, Inc. issued a press release announcing (i) that its Board of Directors has voted to declare a cash dividend on its outstanding shares of common stock of $0.11 per share, payable on March 15, 2007 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 1, 2007 and (ii) that it will hold its 2007 Annual Stockholder Meeting on Tuesday, June 5, 2007 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
