Education Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) will discuss updated portfolio pre-leasing statistics for the 2013/2014 academic year at REITWeek® 2013, NAREIT's Investor Forum, which will be held June 5-7, 2013 at the Hilton Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. A copy of such information is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
