The Company does not have any securities registered pursuant to Section 12(b) of the Act. The Company’s common stock is registered pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Act and traded on the OTCQB under the symbol “TEAR”.

Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 8, 2019, TearLab Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for its second quarter and three months ended June 30, 2019. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
