James Meikle, the Chief Operating Officer of Parks! America, Inc. (the “Company”) and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, passed away on November 28, 2018.  The Company’s Board of Directors thanks Mr. Meikle’s family for his remarkable service, insight and leadership and expresses its deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
