Subsequent Events On May 6, 2013, we declared a special non-recurring dividend of $1.50 per share of common stock payable on July 2, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 12, 2013 which we expect to total approximately $130 million. We expect to equitably adjust outstanding options and RSUs to reflect the payment of the special dividend.
