Severance and Other Charges	3. Severance and Other Charges The first six months of 2011 included severance charges recorded in the second quarter of $8.3 million ($8.0 million in Contract and $0.3 million in Retail), related to reorganizations in Canada ($3.6 million), Australia ($1.4 million) and the U.S. sales and supply chain organizations ($3.3 million). The first six months of 2010 included a severance charge recorded in the first quarter in our Contract segment of $0.8 million related to a reorganization of our U.S. Contract customer service centers. These charges were included in other operating expenses (income), net in the Consolidated Statements of Operations. As of June 25, 2011, $7.9 million of severance charges remain to be paid and are included in accrued expenses and other current liabilities in the Consolidated Balance Sheets.

3. Severance and Other Charges
