On April 29, 2016, Neenah Paper, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share on the company’s common stock.  The dividend will be payable on June 2, 2016 to stockholders of record as of close of business on May 13, 2016.

 

In addition, the Company announced that its 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time. The Annual Meeting will be held at Neenah’s corporate office, located at 3460 Preston Ridge Road, Suite 600, Alpharetta, Georgia 30005. Common shareholders of record as of end of business on March 31, 2016 are eligible to vote at the meeting.

 

The press release announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
