Item 8.01 Other Events

On January 24, 2008, Neenah Paper, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a $0.10 cash dividend on its common stock.  The dividend will be paid on March 4, 2008 to stockholders of record as of February 8, 2008. The press release announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Neenah Paper Declares Quarterly Dividend

ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA – January 24, 2008 – Neenah Paper, Inc. (NYSE:NP) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on March 4, 2008 to stockholders of record as of close of business on February 8, 2008.
