The advances are unsecured, non-interest bearing and are due on demand. During the year ended December 31, 2023, the Company repaid $104,204 in cash of the advances. The balance as of September 30, 2024 and December 31, 2023 is $0. During the nine months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, the Company repaid $0 and $19,449 in cash of the advances, respectively.
