Acquisition	14. Acquisition On February 18, 2020, the Company acquired substantially all of the operating assets of Data Science Central LLC, which is a niche digital publishing and media company focused on data science and business analytics for $5.5 million, plus a potential future earnout valued at $0.9 million at the time of acquisition, which is currently valued at $1.3 million (Note 4). A $5.0 million cash payment was made at closing, with the remainder due in fiscal year 2021. The earnout is subject to certain revenue growth targets and the payment is adjusted based on actual results. If all targets are met, the total purchase price, including the earnout, shall not exceed $7.5 million which will become payable upon the achievement of certain revenue objectives during the next two years.
