Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 18, 2019, The Boeing Company issued a press release in which it announced that it will recognize an impact to earnings due to the 737 MAX grounding when it announces second-quarter 2019 financial results on July 24. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
