This Form 6-K consists of:

“Northwestern Mineral Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: NWT, OTCBB: NWTMF) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has filed articles of amendment to change its name to “NWT Uranium Corp.” The stock symbols of the Company will remain unchanged, and the Company will commence trading under its new name on the TSX-V at the open on August 3, 2007.”
